Rajon Rondo may not be ready for Game 1 of the first-round playoff series between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Portland Trail Blazers.

Rondo returned to the Orlando “bubble” earlier in the week and will clear his quarantine on Monday.

The guard of the Lakers had to leave the “bubble” in July to undergo thumb surgery (fractured right thumb) and would be sidelined for four to six weeks. Therefore, his status for the game against the Blazers remains unknown.

According to the head coach of the team, Frank Vogel, Rondo will practice on Monday and the Lakers will then decide whether he will be available for the match.

Game 1 will take place on Tuesday.
