David Bertans of the Washington Wizards has reportedly decided to sit out the NBA season resumption in Orlando after having his best season in the league. Most likely he will be followed by many more players. Such choices will be made largely due to contractual situations.

Orlando Magic’s guard Evan Fournier does not support such decisions. In response to Adrian Wojnarowski’s tweet reporting Bertans’ decision to sit out, the Frenchman tweeted “this is whats wrong with the NBA nowadays man.”

“Seriously tho. If you think it’s ok to sit and watch your teammates play while you re perfectly healthy its says a lot about you,” Fournier continued his thought in another tweet.

The Magic are currently in eighth place in the Eastern Conference and will participate in season resumption with hopes of securing a playoff spot.
