Evan Fournier open to finishing career with Olympiacos

Winning the EuroLeague has only strengthened Evan Fournier’s connection with Olympiacos as the French veteran prepares for another season in Piraeus.

Fournier has embraced different responsibilities since returning to European basketball, including spending time as a sixth man last season.

With Olympiacos again featuring a deep backcourt, collective play and chemistry will remain important as the club works to integrate its roster.

His relationship with the supporters has also become an important part of his experience in Greece.

After winning the EuroLeague and celebrating the championship with Olympiacos fans, Fournier appears interested in remaining with the club for the rest of his playing career.

Asked directly whether he could finish his career in Greece, Fournier responded: “Yeah, for sure.”
