Tarik Black, Maccabi Tel Aviv agree to part ways

Maccabi Tel Aviv, Tarik Black parted ways, the Israeli “giant” announced today. Black was not expected to report back for the conclusion of Israel’s Winner League.

Black joined Maccabi in 2018 and competed in 37 EuroLeague games averaging 9.1 points, 4.8 rebounds, 1.0 assists, 0.8 steals, and 0.7 blocks per contest.

The Memphis and Kansas alumni helped Maccabi secure Israel’s title last season, but his 2019-20 run was cut short due to injury.

Black participated in 227 NBA games between the Houston Rockets and the Los Angeles Lakers before got to play in Maccabi.
