The Houston Rockets are the latest NBA team that plans to re-open its practice facility doors, doing so on May 18.

Rockets General Manager Daryl Morey announced the news in a tweet, with Adrian Wojnarowski confirming it.

“@HoustonRockets players are back in the facility Monday!” Morey tweeted.

As coronavirus restrictions are being loosened in some parts of the country, teams have begun opening their facilities for limited, voluntary workouts.

Wojnarowski recently noted that the NBA is hopeful that 22 of the 30 teams will have their facilities open by May 18.

Players are allowed to train for an hour at a time and temperature checks are being administered before entering the facility.

Players also are required to wear masks when they are not on the court.
