Kevin Durant will not play for the Brooklyn Nets this season, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
Durant is recovering from an Achilles injury he suffered in the 2019 NBA Finals and will not return to the court, even if the league resumes the season.
“Guys, Kevin Durant’s not coming back to the Nets this year, that’s not happening, they’re not playing him,” Wojnarowski said on a Saturday podcast with Bobby Marks and Rachel Nichols, via the Nets Daily.
