Khimki never trailed on their way to an easy 83-55 win over Lukoil Academic Sofia to go 6-1 in Group E of the Eurocup.

The Russians can qualify for the next round if Hapoel Jerusalem beats Bosnians Igokea on Wednesday night. Sofia drops to 2-5 and has a slim chance of making the second round of action.

Paul Davis led Khimki with 20 points and seven rebounds with Finnish international Pettori Koponen adding 16 points in victory.

Alando Tucker had 19 points for the visitors.

Cedevita Zagreb defeated already-eliminated Spirou Charleroi 72-64 on the road, improving them to 5-2 in Group B.

Nolan Smith led all scorers with 23 points for the winners as they edge closer to a ‘Round of 32’ birth. The Belgian side remain without a win after seven games.

Devin Green led Spirou with a double-double of 3 points and 13 rebounds.

Paris Levallois scored a vital 77-65 win over Camberio Varese in the French capital as they remain in the hunt of a place in the next round via Group C.

Andrew Albicy finished with 15 points and was one of six Paris players in double figures on the scoring front as they move to 2-5. Varese drop to 1-6 and are all but out.

Elsewhere in Group C, Ratiopharm Ulm recorded its fifth straight win with a 92-84 win over Valencia who drops to 4-3.

Cameron Long led Ulm with 19 points and it was he who inspired a 7-0 run late in the fourth to put a close game out of Valencia’s reach.

Justin Doellman led Valencia with 16 points.
