Spain have announced their final roster ahead of next week’s Eurobasket Women in France.

The final cut from coach Lucas Mondelo’s squad is center Lucila Pascua who would have been a stand-in if WNBA player Sancho Lyttle’s injury ruled her out of the tournament. Lyttle though will suit up for the Spanish, leaving no room for Pascua.

The roster was finalised after the conclusion of the team’s last warm-up tournament, which was held in France.

Having defeated Turkey and Canada, Spain suffered their first defeat in preparation with a 67-56 loss to the French who won the mini tournament.

Spain squad: Silvia Dominguez (UMMC Ekaterinburg), Elisa Aguilar (Sparta&K M.R. Vidnoje), Laia Palau (CCC Polkowice), Cristina Ouvina (Wisla Can-Pack), Marta Xargay (Perfumerias Avenida), Queralt Casas (Rivas Ecopolis), Alba Torrens (Galatasaray), Amaya Valdemoro (Real Canoe), Sancho Lyttle (Galatasaray), Cindy Lima (Uni Gyor), Laura Gil (Burgos), Laura Nicholls (Rivas Ecopolis)
