The LA Lakers became the first Western Conference team that clinched its spot in the 2020 NBA playoffs.

Following their 113-103 win over the league leaders, Milwaukee Bucks, the Lakers (48-13) qualified for the postseason for the first time since 2013.

The Bucks (53-10) and the Toronto Raptors (44-18) are the two Eastern Conference that have already advanced to the postseason.
