John Wall admitted he had no plans to play for the Washington Wizards this season, as he is recovering from a torn Achilles tendon.

No one inside the Wizards organization had an issue with Wall sitting out the season.

Wall played in 32 games in 2018-19 before undergoing his season-ending heel surgery. He then fell at his house and tore his Achilles tendon.
