According to Marc Stein of the New York Times, the Los Angeles Lakers to work out free agent guard JR Smith who last played for the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2018-19.
Last season, Smith was mostly away from the Cavs and appeared in only 11 games, averaging 6.7 points, 1.6 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game.
