Washington Wizards star point guard John Wall does not intend to become a head coach in the future, after retiring from basketball.

Even though he loves to watch and teach basketball, Wall, who is expected to miss the entire season rehabbing from his Achilles tear, has no plans to become a head coach in the future.

“I wouldn’t wanna be a head coach or one of the assistant coaches that (has) gotta do a lot of talking. I just wanna be able to help people and give them my knowledge of what I think of the game. But being, like, a head coach? Nah. I ain’t got the patience for that,” Wall said, via Fred Katz of The Athletic.

Wall is expected to be fully healthy and play for the Wizards next season.
