Anthony Davis scored 18 points (8/12 FG, 0/1 3PT, 2/3 FT), grabbed five rebounds, handed out one assist and tallied a steal in the Los Angeles Lakers’ 129-102 victory over the San Antonio Spurs at Staples Center on Tuesday night. The Lakers, who have won two of their last four games, improved to 38-11 and sit atop the West, while the Spurs fell to 22-28.
