Luka Doncic played with a heavy heart one day after the tragic death of Kobe Bryant and paid tribute to the LA Lakers and NBA Legend.

The superstar of the Dallas Mavericks, who posted 29 points, 11 rebounds and five assists vs the Thunder, called the game against OKC ‘by far the hardest game’ he ever had to play.

Doncic paid tribute to the Lakers and NBA icon by wearing one of his signature shoes, the “Kobe V Protro”, against the Thunder.

Apart from scribbling the names of Kobe Bryant and his 13-year-old daughter Gianna onto the shoes, Doncic made sure to honor everyone who lost their lives in the crash by writing the names of the seven other victims.

Bryant and his daughter Gianna died in a helicopter crash in California on Sunday.
