James Harden and Trae Young made history in the game between the Atlanta Hawks and the Houston Rockets on Wednesday (08/01).
Both players recorded triple-doubles in the game (Harden – 41 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists, Young – 42 points, 13 rebounds, 10 assists).
As a result, they became the first pair of players in NBA history to each record a 40-point triple-double in the same game.
Young also became the first player in the history of the Atlanta Hawks to post a 40-point triple-double.
Houston earned the 115-122 victory over the Hawks.
