Panathinaikos survived CSKA Moscow in an overtime thriller in Kaliningrad (102-106) and snapped the Russians’ three-game winning streak.

Nick Calathes and Konstantinos Mitoglou combined for 47 points for the winners, with Calathes posting 22 points and 17 assists and Mitoglou adding 25 points and 16 rebounds.

On the other hand, Mike James had a game-high 30 points for the losing squad, while Daniel Hackett added 24 points.

Panathinaikos improved to 10-7, whereas CSKA Moscow dropped to 11-6.
