The GM of the New Orleans Pelicans, David Griffin, stated that Zion Williamson will make his debut prior to the end of 2019.
Williamson underwent surgery a few days ago and will be sidelined for the next six to eight weeks. However, Griffin believes the No.1 of the 2019 Draft will return to action sooner than expected.
Williamson had surgery to remove a piece of torn meniscus from his right knee.
