FC Barcelona Lassa reached the Catalonian League title game by edging cross-town rivals Joventut Badalona 85-87 on the road on Monday. Barcelona will face MoraBanc Andorra in the final on Wednesday.

Kyle Kuric led the winners with 19 points. Nikola Mirotic added 16 while Rolands Smits had 10 for Barcelona. Klemen Prepelic led Joventut with 19 points. Luke Harangody added 13, Neno Dimitrijevic and Xavi Lopez-Arostegui had 12 apiece while Nikos Zisis got 11 for the hosts.

Both teams were tied, 21-21, after 10 minutes, and Barcelona took a four-point margin, 46-50, at halftime. Harangody and Lopez Arostegui took over after the break, and a three-pointer by Prepelic boosted Joventut’s margin to 80-73 with over 6 minutes left.

Brandon Davies led an 0-10 run that Kuric capped with a bomb from downtown to put Barcelona ahead, 80-83. A free throw by Lopez Arostegui tied the game, 85-85, but Kuric hit the game-winning shot with 3.6 seconds remaining.

AX Armani Exchange Olimpia Milan downed Pistoia Basket 89-66 in a friendly game on Monday. Deividas Dulkys led the winners with 16 points. Vladimir Micov added 13, Xavi Rey had 11 and Christian Burns 10 for Milan.

Aaron White led Milan to a 24-22 edge after 10 minutes, then Burns helped his team boost its margin to 47-32 at halftime. Milan improved its lead to 72-53 after 30 minutes and cruised to a well-deserved win.
