In an appearance on Bill Simmons Podcast, ex-NBA player and a two-time MVP Steve Nash talked on the now-Brooklyn Nets forward Kevin Durant and his motives to leave the Warriors this summer:

“I think in some ways, Kevin just wanted a change. … I think him constantly seeking a new challenge and new opportunity and new experience, there’s a lot of layers to him. … I think he loves to explore,” Nash said, per ClutchPoints.

This past season, Durant averaged 26.0 points, 6.4 rebounds, 5.9 assists and 1.1 blocks per game.
