According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, the Dallas Mavericks have claimed big man Aric Holman off free agency waivers. Holman was released by the Los Angeles Lakers to make room for Dwight Howard.
The 22-year-old went undrafted out of Mississippi State this spring after averaging 9.5 points, 6.2 rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game in his senior year.
