Nikola Jokic was unstoppable once again (20 points) and led Serbia to a commanding 64-96 victory over Italy in the “Acropolis Tournament”.
The Italians were competitive only in the first quarter (15-14). After that, the Serbians took over. Playing excellent on both ends, they outscored their opponents 49-82 and cruised to an easy victory.
Aside from Jokic, four more players scored in double digits for the winners. On the other hand, Marco Belinelli had a team-high 16 points for the losing squad.
