Australia victorious over Canada; splits two-game preparation series

In the second Basketball World Cup preparation game between the two teams, Australia defeated Canada and split the series (81-73).

The Canadians were in control in the first half (30-33), yet the Australians took over in the last 20 minutes and outscored their opponents 51-40 to earn the victory.

Jock Landale and Jonah Bolden were the top scorers of the winners, with 13 and 12 points, respectively. On the other hand, Khem Birch had 18 points for the losing squad, while Oshae Brissett posted 14.

Canada had dominated Australia in the first preparation game on Friday.
