All-Star point guard D’Angelo Russell has signed a four-year, $117 million max contract with the Golden State Warriors this offseason. Warriors’ Steph Curry opened up on what Russell will bring to the team:

Per USA Today: “He’s amazingly talented and skilled. He’s got creativity in terms of ballhandling, the way he sees the floor. And, obviously, he can shoot lights out. So, he’ll give us a different look, in terms of somebody that can have the ball in their hands and create offense. You know, we’re going to need that playmaking ability. We’ll be balanced and work off each other really well,” Curry said.

This past season, Russell averaged 21.1 points, 3.9 rebounds and 7.0 assists per game for the Brooklyn Nets.
