Cory Joseph is expected to join the national team of Canada and play in the 2019 Basketball World Cup.
Joseph has not yet participated in the training camp of Canada, while he is concerned about the number of NBA players skipping the tournament. Therefore, his presence in the World Cup is still uncertain.
“We expect him to join the group at some time. It’s uncertain at this time,” Canada’s associate head coach, Gordie Herbert, told Olgun Uluc of FOX Sports Australia.
