Sasha Pavlovic will continue his career with the Minnesota Timberwolves as the two parts agreed on a one-year deal.
Pavlovic is a 201cm tall shooting guard/small forward, 25 years of age, who started his career in KK Buducnost before going to the NBA in 2003 to join the Utah Jazz. He was the 19th overall pick in the 2003 NBA Draft.
He stayed in Utah for one season and from 2004 to 2009 he played for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Last season he averaged 4.6 points in 16 minutes for the Cavs while he also shot 41% from the arc. He is expected to find more room and playing time in Minnesota as their perimeter is not as crowded.
