Greece

Aris released Keydren Clark who is probably heading to Italy, while they are expected to release Dimos Dikoudis also. Initial contacts to get Kostas Sloukas on loan from Olympiacos.

Olympiacos add their name to the list of teams that are reported to be interested in Nemanja Bjelica, while Benetton’s GM, Claudio Coldebela states again that the player will either play in the NBA or in Benetton.

Spain

Barcelona are close to extending Fran Vazquez, while they are trying to convince Ricky Rubio to stay until summer 2012.

Gran Canaria are interested in Mamadou Samb and secured Jaycee Carroll unles he goes to the NBA. They also released Josh Fisher, Melvin Sanders and Daniel Kickert.

Unicaja presented an offer to Robert Archibald.

Granada included Teemu Rannikko and Juan Jasen in the “Derecho de Tanteo” (the right to match any offer presented to him by other clubs, within 10 days).

Zaragoza signed Andres Miso of Cajasol.

Italy

Bojan Bogdanovic asked FIBA to break his contract with Cibona and is close to signing with Lottomatica Roma.

Lottomatica Roma are also interested in French International Ali Traore.

AJ Milano also interested in bringing Jorge Garbajosa and competes with Cajasol for his signature.

Virtus Bologna are interested in 17-year old, Swedish forward, Viktor Gaddefors.

Air Avelino are interested in Jesse Young and Je’kel Foster.

France

Dijon signed Errick Craven.

Villeurbanne signed 24-year old Puerto-Rican forward, Angel Vassallo.

Germany

Braunschweig signed prospects Frank Theis and Milan Obradovic. On the other hand, German International Yassin Idbihi is leaving the club.

Telekom Baskets Bonn extended prospects, Fabian Thulig, Jonas Wohlfahrt-Bottermann and Florian Koch.

DB Skyliners signed Finnish forward Kimmo Muurinen.

Tubingen signed 21-year old forward Ruben Spoden.

Turkey

Besiktas are laying eyes on Charles Smith and Preston Shumpert, previously of Efes Pilsen.

Bornova of Turkey signed Murat Kaya.

Tofas Bursa signed Jason Rowe.

Hapoel Jerusalem added Lior Khakhmon and Amit Simhon and Jason Rich.

Spartak St. Petersburg are in talks with Darius Washington.

CSKA Moscow are in talks with Vassilis Spanoulis.

Lietuvos Rytas released Lukas Brazdauskis.
