Fenerbahce came back from a 17-point deficit late in the third quarter (46-63), yet Zalgiris Kaunas stood tall and edged the Turks on the road (80-82) to even the series and “steal” the home-court advantage (1-1).

The hosts made a better start (13-6), but the visitors quickly turned things around and were in front for the majority of the night. The Lithuanians led by as many as 17 points four times in the second half, however Fenerbahce came back.

Outscoring their opponents 22-9 in the final 10 minutes, the Turks tied the game (80-80), but Edgaras Ulanovas made the two-pointer in the final seconds and handed the Lithuanians the victory (80-82).

Ulanovas finished with a game-high 20 points for the winners, while Nate Wolters and Brandon Davies added 14 and 13 points, respectively.

Four players scored in double digits for the losing squad, with Luigi Datome posting a team-high 17 points.

Fenrbahce saw its 17-game winning streak at home come to an end. Games 3 and 4 will be played in Kaunas on Tuesday (23/04) and Thursday (25/04).
