Zalgiris Kaunas came back from a 15-point deficit in the first half (40-25), but Baskonia stood tall and defeated the Lithuanians at home (80-73).

Zalgiris cut the deficit to seven in the fourth quarter (59-52), yet the Basques made some big shots and retained their lead to seal the deal.

Five players scored in double figures for the winners, as Luca Vildoza had 16 points. On the other hand, Brandon Davies posted a team-high 13 points for the losing squad.

Baskonia earned its fifth straight win at home and improved to 12-12, maintaining a playoff push, whereas Zalgiris Kaunas dropped to 9-15.
