The practice of Khimki was interrupted on Tuesday (05/01), following an anonymous bomb threat.
This was one of the several bomb threats that took place in Moscow earlier today (05/01). Police also evacuated the gym.
“The authorities came to our basketball center of the Moscow region and loudly announced that the gym had to be evacuated urgently. So the practice was interrupted,” the GM of Khimki, Pavel Astakhov, told RIA Novosti.
“It’s a good thing that the practice was coming to an end at that moment. Everyone quickly changed clothes and left the premises,” Astakhov added.
