Zenit St Petersburg handed CSKA Moscow its first loss in the VTB League, after claiming the 93-86 win at home.
Jalen Reynolds led the winners, with 21 points (9/10 shooting), eight rebounds, four assists, one steal, one block and a PIR of 31. Phil Scrubb and Marko Simonovic added 17 and 15 points, respectively.
Sergio Rodriguez scored 15 points and Mikhail Kulagin 13 for the losing squad, as Joel Bolomboy posted a double double (10 points, 12 boards).
The hosts had control of the game from the opening tip (34-24, 52-44), but the visitors came back and tied the match (82-82). Zenit, though, closed the game on an 11-4 run to earn the victory.
Zenit improved to 8-5, whereas CSKA Moscow dropped to 13-1.
