Olympiacos head coach, David Blatt, praised the team’s center Giorgos Bogris for his decent performances lately.
Here is what the 59-year-old coach said, following the win of the “Reds” over Promitheas Patras (77-80).
“With the way he plays, Bogris shows character and (shows) he is a professional. He took advantage of the opportunity he was given. I enjoy coaching players like him.
Wherever I go, I will sign him. This is why Olympiacos signed him, because of his character and professionalism.”
In the last four games (AEK Athens, Baskonia, Real Madrid and Promitheas Patras), Bogris averaged nine points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.2 assists, while shooting at 72% from the field.
