Per the French website, basket-mag.com, Real Madrid has the highest budget among the 16 EuroLeague clubs.
The defending champions spend 31M euros in payroll, while their overall budget is 42M euros.

According to the report, Barcelona (27M euros in payroll, 36M euros budget) and CSKA Moscow (18M euros in payroll, 36M euros budget) are second and third, respectively.
On the other hand, Buducnost is on the bottom of the table, with 3.5M euros in payroll and 5.8M euros in budget.
The report also says the average payroll and budget in the competition are 12.6M euros and 20.8M euros, respectively.
