Armani Milano center Kaleb Tarczewski will undergo surgery in order to recover from a right thumb injury he suffered last week.
The American big man will remain out of action for six weeks, so he is expected to return to action in mid-February.
Tarczewski has averaged 5.3 points and 4.5 rebounds in 15 EuroLeague games so far.
