Thanks to an impressive performance in the third quarter (46 points), the San Antonio Spurs defeated the Boston Celtics at home (120-111).

It was a close game in the first half (17-23, 46-52), yet the hosts exploded in the third quarter and outscored their opponents 46-30 to take a double-digit and never look back (92-82).

Since then, things didn’t change much, as the visitors couldn’t turn things around and were defeated (120-111).

LaMarcus Aldridge led the winners with a game-high 32 points, as five more players scored in double figures.

Jaylen Brown had a team-high 30 points for the losing squad, with Marcus Morris and Kyrie Irving adding 18 and 16 points, respectively.

San Antonio improved to 21-17, whereas Boston dropped to 21-15.
