Thanks to a 0-18 run in the first quarter, Ratiopharm Ulm dominated Brescia on the road (80-97) and qualified to the Top 16.

Brescia made a better start to the game (12-8), but Ulm went on a 0-18 run and closed the first quarter in front by 11 (17-28).

The visitors were tremendous on both ends of the floor to extend their lead to 21 points (17-38) and never look back.

Since then, the hosts didn’t get closer than 14 points and, consequently, they were defeated.

Patrick Miller posted 23 points, seven assists and five steals for the winners, with Dwayne Evans and Ismet Akpinar adding 17 and 16 points, respectively.

On the other hand, Jordan Hamilton was unstoppable for the losing squad, with 30 points and seven boards, as Jared Cunningham contributed 18.

Ratiopharm Ulm ended the regular season with a 5-5 record, whereas Brescia dropped to 3-7.

Ulm will play in the Top 16 for the fifth time in the last six years.
