The Toronto Raptors rallied past the Phoenix Suns on the road (98-107) and continued their impressive run in the Eastern Conference (8-1).

Kawhi Leonard had 19 points, six rebounds and five assists for the winners, with Jonas Valanciunas adding 16 points and seven boards. Serge Ibaka also contributed 14 points for Toronto and Kyle Lowry 11, along with 12 assists.

On the other hand, Isaiah Canaan scored a team-high 19 points for the losing squad, with Devin Booker adding 18 points and six assists and Deandre Ayton 17 points and 18 rebounds.

The hosts closed the first half in front by four (52-48), but the visitors outscored their opponents 46-59 in the second half to turn things around and win the game (98-107).

This is the first 8-1 start for the Raptors in the team’s history, whereas the Suns lost for the seventh time in eight matches (1-7).
