Tyler Ennis spoke with Fenerbahce’s official TV channel and referred to the Turkish club’s supporters as well as his anticipation to play for the 2017 EuroLeague champions.

“I am very excited,” Ennis told FB TV during his arrival in Istanbul. “Before I came here, I had the chance to talk to people who played here. I heard a lot of positive things. I can’t wait to get used to being here, adapt, get organised and get on the court.

I started to get messages from our fans before I signed my contract. That was a huge support for me in that process. I can’t wait to get on the court and show them what I got.”

The 26-year-old guard signed a two-year (1+1) contract with Fenerbahce and is expected to be Brad Wanamaker’s replacement, as the latter joined the Boston Celtics during the off-season.

Ennis has played for the Phoenix Suns, the Milwaukee Bucks, the Houston Rockets and the LA Lakers in the NBA.
