According to the Spanish newspaper Diario Sur, Unicaja Malaga are close to sign former Olympiacos point guard Brian Roberts.
Malaga have made an offer to the 33-year-old guard, who is expected to accept it today. If the Spanish team officially announces the acquisition of Roberts, he will become the second former Olympiacos player that joins Malaga this off-season, after power forward Kyle Wiltjer.
Roberts averaged 6.9 points with the “Reds” in the Euroleague last season.
