North Carolina captured a sixth National Championship by defeating Gonzaga 71-65 and putting their heartbreak of 2016’s buzzer-beating loss behind them.
And the comeback, in fact the entire season has been testament to the Tar Heels’ resilience. An ACC regular season crown. 33 wins and most importantly: A national championship to bring back to the legendary campus that gave us Michael Jordan.
