Shams Charania details Warriors’ injury concerns

ESPN’s Shams Charania believes the Golden State Warriors’ hopes of competing next season have also been hurt by injuries to key contributors.

“The tough part is Jimmy Butler is going to miss a majority of next season. Moses Moody’s going to miss a majority of next season. That’s around $70 million in players sidelined for a majority of the season.

“I don’t care what team you are: if you have that much money on the shelf not playing, you are in trouble.”

With two important rotation players expected to miss significant time, the Warriors face an uphill battle before the season even begins.
