Lithuanian powerhouse Zalgiris Kaunas is reportedly nearing an agreement with former NBA guard Saben Lee on a two-year contract, according to Sportando.

Lee spent last season with two of Europe’s top clubs. He began the campaign with Olympiacos B.C. before moving to Anadolu Efes S.K., where he established himself as a key contributor.

In 16 EuroLeague appearances for Efes, the 26-year-old averaged 11.2 points, 3.1 assists, and 1.7 rebounds per game.

The reported move would give Zalgiris an experienced backcourt addition with both NBA and EuroLeague experience.

Lee has appeared in 134 NBA games during his professional career, spending time with several teams before making his most recent NBA appearances with the Phoenix Suns during the 2023/24 season.
