The Phoenix Suns are signing point guard Saben Lee to a two-way NBA deal. Lee earns a deal with the Suns after a strong stint on 10-day contracts.
The team will waive Duane Washington Jr. to open up a spot. Washington has the scoring ability, averaging 8 points in 13 minutes per game this season.
