Shane Larkin backs Olympiacos to break curse

Shane Larkin expressed confidence that Olympiacos BC can finally overcome the so-called “first-place curse,” pointing to the team’s resilience and consistency over recent years.

He highlighted their repeated appearances at the top and believes their persistence will pay off this time.

“I think the first-place curse gets broken this year. I think they (Olympiacos) did a great job of showing the mental fortitude to continue to go after it.

“Being there for five years in a row … the time will be now after all the stuff they’ve been through.”
