Valencia Basket shored up its perimeter game by signing young but experienced small forward Vladimir Jankovic to a one-year contract on Wednesday.
Jankovic (2.02 meters, 26 years old) arrives from Panathinaikos Athens, where he averaged 5.4 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.4 assists over 66 games during the last three seasons, almost half of those as a starter. Jankovic started full-time and averaged 8.3 points for the Greens as they reached the playoffs in the 2014-15 season.
He has also played parts of two previous EuroCup seasons with his former Greek club, Panionios, including his debut at age 17 in December of 2007.
