During a tough Game 4 for the Minnesota Timberwolves, the team also lost star guard Anthony Edwards after already seeing Donte DiVincenzo exit earlier with a serious leg injury.

Edwards was ruled out for the rest of the game with a left knee injury following a collision with Cameron Johnson of Denver late in the second quarter, according to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.

The setback added to a difficult night for Minnesota, which had already seen DiVincenzo leave the arena in a wheelchair after his earlier injury.

Edwards’ absence created an even bigger challenge for the Timberwolves, who now faced uncertainty around both their backcourt depth and overall lineup moving forward in the series.
