Sacramento Kings rookie Nique Clifford talked about his comfort level at point guard following Friday’s 117-113 home win vs. the New Orleans Pelicans (23 points/5 rebounds/6 assists/4 turnovers/1 steal/9-16 FG/4-6 3-PT/1-2 FT/+7 +/- in 39 minutes as a starter).

(via Sacramento Kings):

“Man, I want to just be somebody that could play any position they throw me into. So obviously I’m getting more and more comfortable as I’m continuing to play that position, but there’s still stuff I need to work on and get better at. And I know that, and I’m gonna continue to do that this offseason. But playing point guard is definitely helping me just see the game differently, be able to make those reads in real time, and it’s helping me just learn through those mistakes that I’m making. So, I feel comfortable in whatever position they throw me into.”
