Since joining the Chicago Bulls in the trade that sent Ayo Dosunmu to the Minnesota Timberwolves, Rob Dillingham has appeared in 22 consecutive games.
Still, consistent playing time hasn’t led to any sense of security about his future with the team, as Joe Cowley of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
“It’s a good feeling that I’m getting the opportunity, but I don’t feel comfortable at all,” Dillingham said.
“I don’t feel like I’ve proven anything, so my goal is just to help us win, help us get better, be the best I can be.”
With several young guards on the roster, Chicago faces important decisions moving forward.
The player, whose contract runs through the 2026/27 season, is focused on showing he can be part of the team’s long-term plans.
Dillingham has played 2 seasons for the Timberwolves and Bulls. He has averaged 5.0 points and 2.1 assists in 106 regular-season games.
