Hornets sign Tosan Evbuomwan

Tosan Evbuomwan has secured a new opportunity, reaching an agreement on a Two-Way contract with the Charlotte Hornets, according to his agent George Langberg, who shared the news with ESPN’s Shams Charania.

The forward previously spent time on a Two-Way deal with the New York Knicks earlier this season, making limited appearances in five games before returning to the developmental ranks.

Evbuomwan has been far more productive at the NBA G League level, where he has played 21 games this season.

Over that stretch, he is averaging 18.4 points, 6.2 rebounds and 4.2 assists while logging 35.4 minutes per game, production that helped earn him another Two-Way chance at the NBA leve
