Immanuel Quickley: I think I can get up 10 threes per game this year

Here’s Toronto Raptors guard Immanuel Quickley on wanting to attempt more three-pointers this season/what he did off the court over the summer (has averaged 6.5 3PA since 2023-24).

“I think with our team, especially the type of attention that guys like RJ [Barrett], Scottie [Barnes], B.I. (Brandon Ingram) are gonna get — I think I can get 10 (threes). And I think a lot of them will probably be more catch-and-shoot probably more than the last two years. These past two years, a lot of have been off the dribble. But I think more of them will probably be catch-and-shoot, on the move.

“And then, getting stronger: I spent a lot of time on the track this summer. So, I’ve been trying to up the conditioning a little bit. And then, every season I look to get stronger every summer. I always take that part of my game serious. Even though I look a little skinny, I feel like I’m a little strong.”
