Ryan Dunn: Nigel Hayes-Davis is very good in the mid-post

Phoenix Suns sophomore Ryan Dunn likes what he’s seen from new teammate Nigel Hayes-Davis.

Reporter: “What have been your first impressions of Nigel so far?”

Dunn: “I like Nigel. He’s poised. Coming from overseas, and it’s a different game, so I’ve been trying to talk to him a little bit just trying to get tips and tricks on how to play off two (feet). He’s very good in the mid-post when he gets it, playing off two and slowing himself down. He’s never really rushed or anything. So, he’s impressed me a lot.”

Reporter: “Is the physicality something you’ve noticed right away, too?”

Dunn: “Yeah, he’s been pretty physical. It’s not say the speed, but he’s just able to get bodies and bumps and get people off the line, which I’ve seen a lot.”
